78 Jewel in the crown
At the end of 2009 Scania announced the production of the ‘Dark Diamond’, a limited edition of 100 tractor units based on its R-Series. This vehicle was part of the company’s celebration of the 40th anniversary of its V8 engine which first appeared in 1969.
