When will my subscription start?
Your subscription will start with the next available issue. However, you can choose the first issue of your subscription during the checkout process. You will also receive a welcome letter or email stating the on-sale date of your first issue. Please allow up to eight weeks for delivery of your first issue.
My subscription includes a product. When will this arrive?
Our subscription products are sent separately from your first magazine and will arrive within 28 days of payment being received. If you do not receive your subscription gift within 28 days, please contact us.
My magazine hasn't arrived or is damaged, what should I do?
Please feel free to contact our in-house customer service team who can check the status of your subscription, along with your address details. Please allow up to 7 days after the on-sale date to receive your issue. If you’ve received a damaged issue, please contact us for a replacement copy to be sent.
How do I change my delivery address?
To change your delivery address please contact our customer service team or log into your account at shop.kelsey.co.uk where you can do this yourself.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Please contact our customer service team directly. If you subscribe by Direct Debit, you will also need to cancel at your bank. If you do not wish to receive the remaining issues of your subscription contract, we can refund you for any un-mailed issues.
When does my subscription end?
If you subscribe via Direct Debit your subscription will automatically renew. If you pay by Credit Card or PayPal, we will send you a reminder via letter or email confirming your end date. You can also check your subscription end date in your online account or contact us directly.
How do I renew my subscription?
You can log into to your online account at shop.kelsey.co.uk, call our customer services team or if you have a coupon please send to our free post address advertised.
I took out a trial subscription - what happens at the end of my trial?
Your subscription will continue at the normal subscription rate advertised with the offer you redeemed.
When is Direct Debit payment due?
Your Direct Debit date will be shown on your subscription welcome letter or email. If you have a query regarding a Direct Debit payment, please contact our in-house customer service team.
Can I order a single issue?
Yes, order either online or contact us directly. Postage and packaging costs are included in the price advertised.
How do I update my payment details?
Unfortunately, you cannot update your payment details online. Please contact our in-house customer service team for assistance.
